
The Human and Sport Performance Laboratory (HSPL) is a teaching and research lab within the School of Kinesiology located in the University Recreation Center at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Teaching and research facilities include exercise testing using treadmill, cycle ergometer, underwater weighing for body composition, resting metabolic testing, heart rate variability assessment, and isokinetic dynamometry. The HSPL offers a limited amount of testing for fee to the general public. Lab staff include Director, Dr. Christopher Lundstrom, and other faculty and graduate students.
